Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-09. Pre-launch placeholder; counsel-reviewed version replaces this before public launch. The acceptable-use rules below are the actual policy regardless.
1. Service
inQRable provides QR code generation tools, optionally with custom styling, dynamic redirects, and AI-generated art. The service is operated by inQRable. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Generate QR codes that link to phishing, malware, or illegal content
- Impersonate another person, company, or service
- Distribute spam or unsolicited messages via dynamic QRs
- Circumvent rate limits, scrape, or otherwise abuse the API
- Generate codes for use in jurisdictions where they are illegal
We reserve the right to disable any QR or account that violates this policy. Reports of abuse: [email protected].
3. Pricing & refunds
Pricing is shown in checkout. Single-purchase credits are non-refundable once delivered (digital good). Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period; partial-period refunds are not provided. We may revise pricing with 30 days notice; any change applies to renewals only.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of any data you put into the service (URLs, vCards, files). We have a license to process it solely to operate the service. We don't use your content to train any model.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no SLA on the free tier. Paid tiers may have per-tier uptime commitments published in their plan description.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
7. Changes
We'll email registered users when we materially change these terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
